We empower individuals and organizations through Coacheedoo Cards (our signature card game), coaching services, training programs, supervision, and mentoring.

Our Offerings

1. Coacheedoo Cards (Physical Product)

Our signature card game is produced on-demand via print-on-demand partners. Each deck is custom-manufacturedafter your order is placed.

No Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Clients):
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(d)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Since Coacheedoo Cards are produced individually for each order, this right is excluded for this product. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right of withdrawal.
Defects or Errors: If your deck arrives damaged or with production errors, contact us within 14 days of deliveryfor a replacement or refund.

2. Coaching Services (Individuals & Groups)

Our coaching services are designed to support your personal and professional growth. By engaging with our services, you agree to our Coaching Agreement, which includes:

Scope of services, fees, and cancellation policies
Confidentiality and data protection
Intellectual property rights (all materials remain our property; you receive a non-exclusive license for personal use)

Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Clients):
For coaching services purchased online, you have a 14-day right to withdraw under EU/UK consumer law. To exercise this right, notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires or before the service begins (whichever is sooner). If the service has already started, you may still withdraw but will be charged a proportionate amount for the services already provided.

3. Coaching Training, Supervision & Mentoring

Our training programs, supervision, and mentoring are structured to enhance coaching skills and professional development. These services are subject to the same terms as our coaching services, including the 14-day withdrawal right for EU/UK clients (unless the service is fully executed).

Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with:

Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
UK GDPR

Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data, including order information, payment details, and coaching session notes.

Tax Compliance

Singapore: GST (7%) applies to local orders and services.
EU Clients: VAT is charged based on your country of residence and remitted via the EU VAT One Stop Shop (IOSS) for digital/physical products.
UK Clients: VAT is applied as per UK regulations.
US Clients: Sales tax may apply depending on your state.

Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Final charges will include applicable taxes at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All Coacheedoo Cards designs, coaching materials, training content, and methodologies are the exclusive property of Coacheedoo PTE. LTD.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
